Verifying
We have successfully disabled TLS v1.1 for our different domains (app.engagor.com, api.engagor.com, beta.engagor.com, us.engagor.com, etc.). (Read more about this change in this support article.)

If you have problems reaching our website, please reach out to support@engagor.com; you're very likely using an old browser or old SSL encryption mechanism.

Scheduled
Clarabridge will be disabling support for the TLS 1.1 encryption protocol in Clarabridge Engage on August 19th. TLS 1.1 is not as safe and secure as the updated TLS 1.2 and 1.3 encryption protocols, and discontinuing support for it is an industry best practice.

We have written a detailed support article on how you can find out if your browser is affected.

If you are using a modern browser (with a modern encryption protocol), this maintenance should not affect you, and you should not notice any downtime.
